Mr. Alberto González

Last August 9th.
U.S. Court
of Appeals of the XIth. Circuit of Atlanta
threw out the convictions of five Cuban spies from the Wasp Network as
they did not received a fair trail because of community
prejudice.
These five men
pleaded guilty and were unregistered agents of a foreign government
.
Two of them target
U.S.
military installations from Key West
to Tampa and attempted subversion of
anti-communist organizations in
Miami.
Gerardo Hernández was a captain in
Cuba'
military intelligence and charged with the murder of four men, three of
them American citizens, from the Brothers to the Rescue on a humanitarian
mission over international waters.
The activities of
these five men were against the laws of the United States of
Americaand they confessed they would do
the same if the occasion
comes.
How then can we catalogue those other agents that escaped
to Cuba and evaded detention by the FBI on the same issue or case ?
Were they innocent too or should they be called to a
new process ?
I respectfully
request that these men remain in custody, waiting for the next trail, as they
have violated the security, stability and peace of the United States of
America.
Very truly yours,
Pedro
